What makes alpaca fiber better than traditional wool?
Alpaca fiber is naturally hypoallergenic, moisture-wicking, and warmer than sheep wool. It contains no lanolin, making it incredibly soft against the skin without the typical itch.
How should I care for my PAKA® garments?
To maintain the integrity of the fibers, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid wringing or hanging, as this can stretch the knit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all items in original condition with tags attached. Simply visit our returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How do you ensure ethical production?
We work directly with Peruvian artisans and source our fiber from free-roaming alpacas in the Andes. Each product includes a traceable link to the origin of the fiber and the community that crafted it.
When will my order arrive?
Standard domestic orders typically process within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
